“Puglia Wine&Land” is an event aimed at commercialising and enhancing wine production and the country areas of the entire region.
This event is organised in the heartland of Apulia and will allow buyers to appreciate our wines, while the fact-finding tour on Genuary 29 will also give you a chance to appreciate our vineyards and wineries.
A fleet of 10 minibuses will take groups of 6 buyers to wine-growing areas. All the producers who take part will have the chance to make their first contacts, highlighting the strengths of this area and its wine production.
We have a fact-finding trip for journalists and international tour operators which consists of guided visits to the wine-growing areas and the main accomodation and restaurant structures, to areas of outstanding natural beauty and cultural interest, and includes traditional local crafts.
The two-day excursion provides the opportunity to discover the most important wine-producing areas of Apulia: from Daunia to the Salento, by way of the Murgia.
All these areas are very different from each other and provide an image of Apulian high quality, consisting of a vast production of wines and an ample offer in terms of cuisine, together with high standards of hospitality and catering.
The journalists and tour operators invited are mostly from the same countries as the buyers and will be able to promote wines and tourism with their articles, services and business agreements with the structures they visit articles and reports, trade agreements with local tour operators and regional tourism associations.
