THE DIFFERENT AREAS

Daunia, Murgia, Messapia and Valle d’Itria, Salento. Apulia has four geographical areas which are almost sub-regions, and these coincide with well-defined wine-growing areas and with grapevines which characterise the wines produced. From the Daunia plain to the Lower Salento area, vines are a constant and pleasing feature of the Apulian countryside.
